GH3030 GH3128 High Temperature Alloy

High temperature alloys broadly refer to those materials which provide strength, environmental resistance and stability within the 500°F (260°C) to 2200°F (1205°C) temperature range.

GH3128 alloy is composed of 22% chromium, balance nickel, 9% molybdenum, 9% tungsten, and small amounts of other elements. GH3128 grade can operate well in below 950°C temperature. It has physical properties of 1340-1390ºC melting range and 8.81 g/cm³ density.

GH3030, solid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800ºC, and good performance in oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process.
