Nickel Based Alloy UNS N02200 Fine Polishing Plate

Nickel UNS N02200 fine polished plate is a high-purity commercial pure nickel (Ni≥99.0%) material. Through precision mirror polishing process, the surface roughness can reach Ra≤0.1μm, with excellent metallic luster and ultra-clean characteristics. With its extremely low carbon content (C≤0.15%) and impurity control (Fe≤0.40%, Cu≤0.25%), this material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in reducing media and caustic environments, and is particularly suitable for highly corrosive conditions such as high-concentration sodium hydroxide and molten salt. Fine polishing not only gives the material a perfect surface finish, significantly reduces the risk of medium adhesion and particle contamination, but also further enhances its resistance to intergranular corrosion. The plate has a tensile strength of 380-550MPa and an elongation of 35-50%, and has excellent hot and cold processing performance and weldability (TIG welding is recommended). It is mainly used in ultra-high purity electronic components, alkali concentration equipment, nuclear fuel processing systems, food and medical grade equipment and other fields that have strict requirements on material purity and surface quality. It is an ideal choice for ultra-clean surface, excellent corrosion resistance and good electrical/thermal conductivity. The operating temperature range covers extreme environments from -200℃ to +600℃.
