Nickel 201 Bright Bar is a material with excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and good processability.
Nickel Alloy 201 Bright Bar is mainly used for cold forming operations, with low annealing hardness and very low work hardening rate, suitable for various manufacturing processes.
The main components of 201 Nickel Alloy Polished Bar include elements such as nickel, iron, carbon, manganese, silicon and copper. Its chemical composition is dominated by nickel, with low iron content and extremely low carbon content, which helps to prevent intergranular carbon embrittlement at high temperatures.
Nickel Alloy 201 Round Bar physical properties include a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1440℃. At room temperature, its mechanical properties are excellent, with high tensile strength and elongation while maintaining a low Brinell hardness.
