Copper Nickel 90/10 The Cu-Ni 90/10 alloy used in forged fittings is a copper-nickel alloy that contains 90% copper and 10% nickel. Additionally, it contains small amounts of manganese and iron, which further improves protection against general corrosion. Copper-nickel 90/10 forged fittings offer excellent flexibility, durability, ductility, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and solderability. They also have amazing high-temperature and high-stress absorption capabilities. They have strong tensile strength and yield strength.
