Monel 406 411 Super Stainless Tubing
Monel 406 Monel alloy is a nickel-copper alloy, mainly composed of copper and nickel, usually containing about 63% nickel and 30% copper, while containing the balance iron and manganese. Monel 406 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in corrosive media such as strong alkaline, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc., especially under high temperature and high pressure conditions, it can still maintain good stability. Monel 406 has excellent strength and hardness, as well as good toughness and ductility, making it suitable for use in high temperature and high pressure environments. Due to its high content of nickel, Monel 406 alloy has high hardness and wear resistance, and performs well in working environments with severe wear.
Monel 411 alloy is a nickel-copper alloy, also known as Monel K-500 alloy. It is composed of about 65% nickel and 33% copper, with small amounts of alloying elements such as aluminum and titanium. Monel 411 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, and is suitable for applications under various harsh environmental conditions.
