Monel 400 Hexagon Bar is a high-performance nickel-copper alloy designed for various industrial applications. Monel 400 offers excellent resistance to seawater, steam, and other corrosive environments, making it ideal for marine, chemical processing, and oil & gas industries.

Monel 400 Hexagonal Bar is a nickel-copper alloy containing approximately 67% nickel and 23% copper that is resistant to high temperature seawater and steam as well as salt and alkaline solutions. Alloy 400 Hexagonal Bar is a solid solution alloy that can only be hardened by cold working and has good resistance to oxidizing media, making it suitable for most chemical process applications. Welding of round bars can be performed by gas tungsten arc, metal arc, and shielded metal arc processes. Monel DIN 2.4360 Hexagonal Bar is actually very versatile and has better overall corrosion resistance than other similar alloys available today.
