Inconel heat resistant 718 Steel Sheet
Inconel 718 high temperature resistant plate is a precipitation hardening nickel-chromium alloy (Ni≥50%, Cr17-21%). Through the unique γ" phase strengthening mechanism, it can still maintain ultra-high strength (tensile strength ≥1340MPa) and excellent creep resistance at 650℃. The plate is available in two process states: hot rolling (5-50mm) and cold rolling (0.5-5mm). The standard width is 1500mm. After solution + aging heat treatment, it has both high temperature stability (can withstand up to 980℃ in a short term) and excellent fatigue resistance. It is particularly suitable for extreme thermal environments such as aircraft engine combustion chambers, gas turbine blades, and rocket engine casings. Its excellent oxidation resistance and welding performance, combined with optional electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm) or shot peening surface treatment, meet the stringent requirements of aerospace and energy equipment for high temperature resistance and high strength of materials.
