Inconel 686/N06686 is a NI-Cr-Mo solid solution strengthened corrosion resistant nickel-based alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in harsh corrosive environments. It is mainly used in heat exchangers, reaction vessels, conveying pipes, etc. for chemical processing, pollution control, papermaking, industrial and urban waste treatment.
Inconel alloy 686 standard product forms include pipes, tubes, plates, strips, plates, round steel, flat steel, forgings, hexagonal bars and wires. A variety of sizes are available.
