Inconel 625 heat exchanger/condenser tubes are durable products that are easy to install and maintain. These heat exchangers are widely recognized for their superior durability and toughness. They have excellent manufacturability and weldability. The heat exchanger/condenser is a high performance Inconel 625 alloy product that combines chromium, nickel and molybdenum content. This grade of heat exchanger/condenser exhibits excellent resistance to crevice corrosion and pitting corrosion. In addition, it also has excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive media and oxidants. The product has excellent mechanical properties in both high and low temperature conditions. These Inconel heat exchangers exhibit good resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and fatigue strength. They are non-magnetic in nature. These heat exchangers are hot worked and forged in the temperature range of 1800-2150 degrees Fahrenheit. To obtain excellent properties, the hot worked and cold worked parts are annealed and cooled rapidly. On the other hand, welding is done through various welding methods.
