Inconel 600 high temperature pipe is a nickel-chromium-iron based high temperature alloy (Ni≥72%, Cr 14-17%, Fe 6-10%), with excellent high temperature resistance (long term 700°C/short term 1150°C), oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, especially resistance to chloride stress corrosion and alkali corrosion. Its typical applications include petrochemical cracking furnace tubes, nuclear power plant steam generator pipes, aerospace engine parts and heat-resistant components of heat treatment equipment. This material complies with ASTM B163 (seamless pipe) and B516 (welded pipe) standards. During processing, attention should be paid to the hot working temperature (870-1230°C) and welding process (TIG welding with ENiCrFe-3 welding material is recommended)
