ASTM B407 UNS N08800 nickel alloy seamless pipe is a high-nickel iron-chromium alloy designed for high-temperature corrosive environments, such as desalination plants, due to its high strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. Key features include: exceptional high-temperature strength up to 1100°F (593°C) or higher for selected grades, such as 800H/HT; excellent resistance to carburization and chloride stress corrosion cracking; and seamless construction for improved pressure resistance. Produced to the specific chemical and mechanical property requirements of ASTM B407, these pipes are suitable for a variety of applications, including power generation, petrochemical processing, and steam generator piping.
