UNS N08810 Cold Rolling Polished Seamless Pipe

Incoloy UNS N08810 cold rolled and polished seamless pipe is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy pipe (Ni 30-35%, Cr 19-23%, Fe balance) manufactured by advanced cold rolling process. After solution annealing and precision polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), it has excellent comprehensive performance. The material shows excellent oxidation resistance and carburization resistance in high temperature environment of 600-900℃. Its unique aluminum content (0.15-0.60%) significantly improves the high temperature strength, and the tensile strength can reach 550-750MPa, while maintaining an elongation of ≥30%. The product has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, especially suitable for harsh environments containing sulfides and chlorides, and has passed NACE MR0175 certification. The surface super-finishing treatment not only greatly reduces fluid resistance (roughness Ra≤0.4μm), but also effectively prevents scaling and particle deposition. It is mainly used in petrochemical cracking furnace tubes, nuclear power heat exchangers, high-temperature components of chemical equipment, etc. It complies with ASTM B407/ASME SB407 standards and can provide customized solutions such as ID/OD double polishing and ultrasonic flaw detection according to needs. It is an ideal choice for long-term reliable operation in high-temperature corrosive environments.
