Hastelloy C-276 Alloy Pipe is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing tungsten and has very low silicon and carbon content.
Nickel Alloy C276 Pipes perform well in various corrosive media, can resist the erosion of strong acids, strong alkalis, salts and oxidizing media, and can remain stable even under high temperature and pressure.
The production of Hastelloy C-276 Round Pipe usually adopts vacuum induction melting (VIM) + electroslag remelting (ESR) process to smelt the alloy, and then it goes through forging, peeling, shearing, processing, preheating, induction heating, hole expansion, cold rolling and other processes to make seamless pipes.
